Who We Are
At YouSpotProperty, we’re passionate about rescuing neglected houses and turning them back into well-loved homes. But we don’t do it alone! We work with the public, who are our eyes on the ground.
Through our innovative ‘spot it, send it, spend it’ scheme, members of the public can report empty homes to us via our website. If the property leads to a successful purchase, we reward the spotter with £20 and a chance to earn 1% of the purchase price. It’s our way of thanking people for helping us breathe new life into abandoned houses.
Once reported, our team of specialist genealogists begin the search for owners or heirs, helping unlock properties that might otherwise remain stuck in legal or bureaucratic limbo. This community-powered approach not only brings homes back into use but also helps rejuvenate neighbourhoods.
